Where is it located on the app? Battery amount

That's a good tip!

Completely agree!

No where anymore. Such a bummer!

ManuFitbit  I hope Fitbit will reconsider and bring back the battery level feature in a future update.

This is very frustrating. I want to be able to see the exact percentage on my app.

This app update and loss of visibility to charge percentage was a blessing in disguise. I never even thought about another fitness tracker until this all happened. However, I did search other trackers and came across the Amaizfit7. It's a superior product, beautiful interface, has more features, very long battery life, and best part, $50.  Good luck all!!

That doesn't help in the UK.

Contacted support and they literally forgot the meter. It will be added in next update a few months from now; October 2023.

Called support and they said it don’t exist.

I read on line how fitbit will update few things including the battery percentage as they got tons of complaints...

Sorry but what a load of croc. Why aren't we users asked before upgrade? Before was easily read & having battery % shown when syncing was great. So having to check Versa 3 now is inconvenient as we spend most of our time on our phones. There is an old saying, if it ain't broke, don't fix it!!

Google is doing to Fitbit what it's doing to Nest. Great products being dismantled by Google to remove competition.

In other words no explanation to my query. How do I contact Fitbit directly?

@Mary-Ann1 Where did you read that?

Since Google bought Fitbit its made a lot of changes that we are NOT happy about. I really only use it to monitor my steps now which any basic pedometer will do. I miss being able to do things with my friends which was the main reason I had the fitbit.

That's sad because people like me really depend on knowing ahead of time that your battery is dying or low so you have time to charge it BEFORE it's drained. It's just stupid to change that, how will people know it's dying BEFORE it dies? Mine can't be seen on the Fitbit itself because it just doesn't light up that well so since 2017 I've depended on the app to tell me.

I don't even get push notifications (of any kind) from the app since the update, so a couple of times I've almost run out of battery. The fact that they keep removing things from the app thus making it less useful really makes me think Google are trying to destroy Fitbit. If that's not why, they are truly incompetent.

I check my versa 3 by swiping the clock face to the right and there is the battery % 🤔. Hope this helps.

My complaint exactly that battery % does not appear on the app. But all I was pointing out is that I currently have an alternative. I am also able to check my Versa 3 while it is charging to view battery %. Also, I am unsure what other FitBit devices do.

No it doesn't, I want to see it on the app. That is my complaint,
especially when it is charging.

I have a Versa 2 and the stuff isn't bright enough to see it unless I go in
the dark somewhere. SO I was used to keeping up with it on the app.

Last time I tried that it stopped charging up
