Hi there, I am new to this community. I still have a functioning Charge 2 and I want to transfer my Fitbit data on my Android (Xperia) phone to my laptop Windows 10 before it fades away. Instructions say go to Settings > Data Transfer, but I don't have a Data Transfer option. Any ideas welcome, thank you, Andrew

@Andrew199 Welcome to the forums. I will gladly help you export data from your account.

Thanks for the explanation. I assume you are following the instructions in this article: How do I export my Fitbit data?

Please note that you have to do this over the Fitbit.com website. Log into your account and then access this link: Profile Settings - click here. On the left side you will find the "Data Export" section. There you are able to request your data for download.
