How to turn off Sleep Score

I want to disable sleep score. How do I do that? I find average hours much more meaningful, and this sleep score is not helpful.

Time for fitbit to admit sleep score is a meaningless metric and immediately either delete it or make it optional. Hours of sleep is understood by everyone.

Make it an option then. It’s completely meaningless. Users have “time asleep” goals... not “sleep score” goals.

I definitely agree! Average sleep is way more useful to me and many of my Fitbit friends. A feature allowing me to toggle between or just get rid of the score altogether would be great!

NOT HELPFUL. Very close to jumping ship and forgetting Fitbit for good.

Sleep score is not useful and annoying. It should be deleted from the app immediately. At least allow users to turn it off. It is not useful for me, as my tracker doesn’t always pick up the amount and type of sleep I’m getting. Also, when it is able to get the full data, it is often wrong (low) by as much as 30-60 minutes. Therefore, this “sleep score” often doesn’t show or is wildly incorrect. I don’t need an app to tell me if I got “good” sleep or not. I can tell that on my own, thank you.
if Fitbit doesn’t change this, then they are looking to fail/get out of the business.

I agree with others who are frustrated with sleep portion of the fitbit metrics. Get rid of it! I sleep 8-9 hours and fitbit reflects I get 3.5 hours of sleep. It’s disturbing and CONTRIBUTES to my STRESS levels.
