Want to keep my tracking info on my new phone. Ir disappeared. Any suggestions?

@Pamela55 Welcome to the Fitbit Community. Thanks for the details mentioned. 

 

In order to view previous Fitbit info on your new phone, make sure you're logged into the same account that you were before, this will ensure that old data is displayed. You could double check this by tapping on your profile picture and you'll see the date you joined in that account.
