How to view "Calories left" in android app?

I set my calorie intake to a manual calorie goal. On my dashboard on the webpage, the icon with the fork and knife shows "### Cals left to eat". But by this icon on my app's dashboard, it says "Start a food plan". When I tap these words, the screen it goes to has more information but still only shows the calorie intake for the day out of the total custom number I set, but nowhere does it show the calories I have left to eat. How do I fix this to show the "cals left to eat" on my android app's dashboard?

Welcome to the Fitbit Community @BrittLew, if you have already setup your food plan in the online dashboard, it should be displayed in the Fitbit app as well. Make sure you have an internet connection and try logging out from the app, then reboot your phone and log back in to the application.

If you still don't see your food plan displayed, try to setup the food plan directly from the Fitbit app:

  • From the Fitbit app dashboard, tap the Get Started button on the Food Plan tile. This is the tile that says “Start a food plan” or, if you already have a food plan, shows the number of calories left for the day.
  • Follow the onscreen instructions to set up your food plan and don't forget to save.
  • If you want to edit the intensity later, you can adjust your Food goal.

I hope this helps, keep me posted.
