Just got a Charge 2. I've been trying all night to get it to connect. 4 times it's said it found my Fitbit. Once it asked for a 4 digit code. that's all it's done in litterally 50 tries. What am I doing wrong?

On the Fitbit website is a list of compatible android devices. Yours is not on it and neither is mine. Only thing I can think of to do is contact customer services. Good luck.

I'm afraid you have done nothing wrong.
As you can see, looking around on the "Android app" section of this forum, many users are having the same issue.
The sync problem is heavily focues on Android devices, Huawei brand at most.
Since Huawei is behind the Honor phones, the logic conclusion is that Honor and Huawei phones suffer the same problems.
I had a Honor 6 and now a Mate 10 Lite. Both phones are not capable of syncing with Fitbit.
To be honest, with Honor 6 i had random pairing / random syncs (this means, i left bluetooth ON for days, and Fitbit -once paired- synced only 2-3 times)
For first usage i had to use a Samsung tablet, to finish the firmware downloading/upgrading process.
The fun thing is, since the fw upgrade was mandatory, if i didn't had that tablet i still would be stuck with a non working Charge 2.
I'm putting all my effort to help other users like u sharing this problem, hence filling this forum hoping to "ring a bell" inside Fitbit dev team.
Greets.
