Welcome to the Forums @liang2fast.

This might be happening because the Huawei P20 Pro is not in the supported devices list. This means that the app has not been fully optimized to work with that phone.

Keep in mind that while the app can work as long as the phone meets the minimum requirements, Android 4.4+ and Bluetooth 4.0, there is a possibility that some issues will happen. Some users of phones not on that list have mentioned that going through these troubleshooting steps helped them, so it's definitely worth a try.

Let me know if you have any further questions.

Hi all. This reply from Fitbit will most likely mean it will never get support .They replied the same about a year ago about the p10 lite  I just found out my p10 lite won't ever sync with my Versa meaning I just wasted 200,- Euros. I will go to the store tonotomo to return it.

We definitely appreciate your feedback. Please know that we are always looking for the best ways to improve the overall Fitbit experience.

Please do know that I never said that the phone will never be supported. At this time it is not but it is possible that it can change in the future.
