Huawei P30 won't Sync with Charge 3

Hi my hauwie p30 syncs and logs a run and steps  with my charge 3 but doesn't sync with receiving any notifications what can I do. I've re installed fitbit but no joy.

Thanks for taking the time to bring this up and sharing that you tried reinstalling the Fitbit.

In this case, this might  be happening because the P30 is not part of the supported devices list. This means that the app has not been fully optimized to work with that phone.

As long as it fulfills the minimum requirements, Android 4.4 and Bluetooth 4.0, there is a possibility that it can work but we cannot guarantee it. Some users of unsupported devices have mentioned that following these steps help for the notifications.

In the meantime, perhaps you could support this suggestion about adding the P30 to the list. You can comment and vote on it to show your support. If you do visit that board, you can read the FAQ to better understand how that board works.
