Hi there @Jackiebyrnem1. Great to see you in the Fitbit Community Forums! 🙂
I'm sorry to hear that you're having problems pairing your Fitbit Blaze with your Huawei phone.
I'd think that this has to do with the compatibility on the phone you're using. You will need to see if the phone that you have is compatible for syncing your Fitbit Blaze. At the moment, these are the compatible Huawei phones:
- Ascend P7 (Sophia)
- Ascend P8
- Ascend G6
- Ascend Mate 7
- Honor 3X
- Honor 3C (3G)
- Honor 3C (4G)
- Honor 6
- Honor 6 Plus
If your phone is indeed not compatible, you can try to use your computer to set up your tracker. If you're using a Windows 10 computer, you just need to make sure that it has a built in Bluetooth and you can download the Fitbit application from the Applications Store.
Hope this helps. Let me know if you need more help.
PS. I'm moving your post to the Android app board for categorization purposes.
