Huawei mate 9 problems with notofication

I have troubles with notifications. Sometimes work sometimes it tells me no re start my phone. Huawei mate 9 has all the requierments . When I bought the versa didn't say you need a certain type of phone.

I just bought the versa 2 days back and having the same problem. I only receive the notification once when I first set up then after that no more. It keeps telling me to restart my phone to re-enable the notifications on my tracker but even after countless restart, still can't get notification and still have the same restart message. What should I do?
