Huawei p8 lite - Notification not fumctioning with Blaze and Surge 2

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

When setting up the app, the phone connects with Blaze and it sync well. What is strange is that once this is done, the blaze does not appear in my phone's connected bluetooth devices. Although I have set it to "always connected", the connection is lost sporadically, and the app requests to restart the bluetooth regularly. Notifications does not work at although I have tried all solutions on the website. Very disapointing situation as I puchased 3 x devices. (All of the above applies to the Surge 2 as well) What a waste of money!

Its nice you have join to our Fitbit Community @Langent. If you are referring to the Huawei P8 Lite, this device still is not on our list of compatible devices. It means still hasn't been fully tested by our teams in charge to guarantee it will support all the features of the app and your trackers.

Fitbit is the first fitness device to offer Bluetooth Smart syncing with your Android device. Wireless sync has been a frequently requested feature from our Android users, so we've been eager to get support out as quickly as possible. While many Android devices have a Bluetooth 4.0 chip, not all devices are able to be accessed by apps like the Fitbit App.

To see the latest list of supported devices, please go here. Since your device isn't listed yet, you can check the link at a later date to see if device support has been added. However, if you have another device which is included there you can definitely sync with it or with laptop/computer or Mac.

See you around and let me know if you have additional questions.
