Huge Discrepancy between Fitbit HRV and the HRV Fitbit reports to Health Connect

Hello there, I wanted to know if the following is a known bug or if there are other reasons for the following. Recently Fitbit started to export HRV values to Health Connect, however sometimes there are huge discrepancies between the two. For example see these images:

 The Health Metrics Dashboard of Fitbit Reports my HRV to be 47 on Monday and 0 on Tuesday. However, if I look into what Fitbit exports to Health Connect:

 Thr value for Monday is similar but the value for Tuesday is complete different as it shows as 47 instead of 0.

Is that a Bug or is there a different reason for why the Health Metrics Dashboard would report my HRV as 0, which seemingly doesn't make sense compared to the values exported to Health Connect. Thanks for any clarification! (I am using a Pixel Watch 3)
