Hi i need help. I bought new fitbit versa and when i tried to connect them to my phone it just can't connect. Please help me. What should i do ?

Me too.

I have been trying to connect my new versa to my Samsung to my Samsung for last 3 hours and not working. 

I did get one message up that said fitbit down for maintenance.
