I can't log in it says fitbit not syncing with the time on my mobile.

I have the little zip. It won't login it tells me that the time isn't syncing with my mobile.

@Kayenina Thanks for being part of the Fitbit family! That is pretty strange. I recommend checking the time zone on the Fitbit app to make sure it is correct. Also, check the time on your phone as both times must match for you to not receive any error messages regarding time zone. 

 

Try that out and let me know if you keep experiencing those kind of issues! Smiley Happy
