I can't log on to the fitbit app on Samsung s7

I can't log on to the fitbit app on my Samsung s7. I have tried uninstalling the app  and restarting phone numerous times with no luck. Advice from the help desk didn't work. I can pair the charge 2 to the app but my account won't show as wont let log in. There a fitbit.com error message but I can log in on an iphone and desktop. I have also checked that it is the most current app too

Hi, @SunsetRunner! Have you tried clearing the app's cache and data? Those don't clear out with the uninstall, so could still be causing you issues.

Will give that a go now 😊 I still can't get on on my Samsung so hopefully that will fix it
