I can't sync my Charge Hr to my phone

Set up my charge HR yesterday and i can't get it to sync with my phone, My phone finds my charge hr and asks me to put a 4 digit number in that comes on screen on my wrist but when i type it in it just says connecting nothing else happens.  I have a samsung Galaxy S4.  Can anyone help me

You might want to just start over and put it as a new device on an existing account.

While setting up, don't be doing anything else on your phone.
