Not sure! All i know when my phone rings, the calls shows up on my phone.
I answer it but can't hear the person. Now, somehow i have turned that off
while trying to turn up the volume. Help? I think i need to talk to
someone.

@MWJ there are lots of models of Fitbits. They all have different features and work in different ways. If you don't know which model you have, there is no way that anyone here can help you. 

Maybe Customer Support can help. (Click here) Chat or phone would be a good choice.

Hello @MWJ 

You should be able to see which Fitbit device you have by clicking on the device icon in the upper left on the Today page in the Fitbit app. This will open to a page where you should be able to see which device is connected to your Fitbit app.

Once you let us know which Fitbit you have, then we can help you with the phone call issue.
