I cannot see any of my friends/contacts.

I have a Fitbit Charge HR and Blaze. My phone is the Samsung Note 5.  Within the last week I have not been able to find any of my contacts on my app.  I cannot start challenges but friends can see me and invite me to challenges.  I have uninstalled the app, logged out/logged in and still nothing.  When I login to my account with my laptop, I can see all of my contacts.

Hi there @UptownP, good to see you around. I wonder if you are able to see any error on your friends tab? There was an issue with the Android app but it was fixed on previous versions of the app.

So my initial recommendation would be to make sure you are running the latest app version, which for Android is 2.38.

If you have this version, try to log out from the app again and restart your phone. Once your phone has loaded, go back to the app and log in to your account to review if your friends are still missing.

Keep me posted how it goes. I'll be around in case you need more help.

@UptownP Can you please share a screenshot of what you see when you attempt to view or add friends? That will be super helpful.

Hi, I got my fitbit blaze for Christmas and seem to be having the same problem.  I've read every thread and tried all the recommended fixes.  Here is my screenshot.Screenshot_20161226-093835.png

@Hapagirlsonia I see you're on a wifi connection in the screenshot, have you tried accessing your Friends page via your mobile network connection? If not, I recommend giving that a try. Let me know if that helps.

I tried using my network, it did the same thing.

I am having the exact same issue. I uninstalled the app, logged off, it just says I have no friends and on the messages page it says there is no network. On my computer, I can see my friends, reply to messages and friend requests, but not on my phone. I can't participate in challenges because of this as well.

Wow! There are a lot of people with this issue and the moderators keep saying the same thing.  Sorry moderators.  I'm sure your hired to pacify everyone and respond with the same generic answeres, but really? Can you just be honest and say this is a known issue.  Then tell us what fitbit is doing to fix the problem.

I think it is the new dashboard.  It's not fully implemented, but it seems the preview showed up around the same time.  I'm guessing around Sept or Oct is when they rolled out the preview.
