I cant seem to get my Blaze work together with the music on my phone

Hi. Is it me or my phone (Samsung A5) that are doing something wrong..
I cant seem to make them work together when it comes to music..
Doesn't Blaze like EDM music?! *LOL*

Now come on @Richard_FM, of course Fitbit doesn't like EDM, it makes you dance, not stepping, LOL!

 

OK I see the A5 duo  is not on the compatable list yet, but that just means it hasn't been tested, of isn't through being tested.

 

First step is BT Classic showing up as being paired with the phone?

If not then let's, through the Phones BT settings pair the Blaze Classic.

Which music player are you using?

Now with music being played on the phone, what happens when swiping downwards on the clock face. Does it ever get past the connecting message?

If so you are you able to control anything music related. Like Stop, start, forward, back, and volume, this is done by the right buttons.

Something to try, go into the phones BT settings, remove the Blaze  Classic, not the Blaze..
