I did not recieve weight loss badge, please help!

As of this morning I've lost 51.2 pounds. I was so excited to recieve that 50 lb badge. Anyone have a clue of what has happened?

Hello @JoshinBoone, welcome aboard to our Fitbit Community. If you have logged your weight on your Dashboard, just wait for this information be recognized. I'm sure if you review your list of awarded badges now, you will find your 50 lb badge.

 

I recommend to use your online-Dashboard to make sure the information is reflected correctly under your Top Badges.

 

As an additional note, I saw your profile picture and let me tell you how awesome is to hear you have lose 51.2 pounds. Congratulations and keep it up! I wonder what is your routine and how you  manage to loose so many pounds? It would be a nice topic for our Discussion boards for you to share with other users, including myself Robot wink

Hi @JoshinBoone and welcome to the Community!  Just adding on to what @RobertoME had mentioned, sometimes it takes Fitbit a while to get their badges out to people due to backlogging issues.  Rest assured though, if you put that information into your weight loss tile that your badge will soon appear.  Fitbit has it on record that you did earn that badge, and it should appear soon.
