I don't get notifications on my Fitbit Charge 2

Since this morning I have problems with the notifications. When I get a call or a text message on my phone, I don't get a message on my Fitbit Charge 2. I've already restart the device and it didn't worked. Also I deleted the app and installed it again. Also it didn't worked. Everything is set up right and my phone is not in DND-modus. But when I press the button "send a test call notification", my device doesn't vibrate. I hate this! Does anybody knows what the problem is?

A common cause of this with the Charge 2 is when the fitbit (rather than the phone) is accidentally put into "do not disturb" mode. This is turned on / off by pressing and holding the button on the Charge 2. Could this be the problem here?

Hello Steve. Thanx for your post, but that is not the problem. The Fitbit is not in DND-modus and the phone also not. I hope that the problem is gone tomorrow.

I'm not receiving text messages or call notifications on my Charge 2 either. It seems to be since the app on Samsung Galaxy S7 updated a few days ago. I didn't change anything on the app and my notification settings on my Charge 2 is on. Any ideas for fix or setting changes?

I have no idea what was the problem, but it's fixed now. I receive messages on my phone and on my device.
