Since this morning I have problems with the notifications. When I get a call or a text message on my phone, I don't get a message on my Fitbit Charge 2. I've already restart the device and it didn't worked. Also I deleted the app and installed it again. Also it didn't worked. Everything is set up right and my phone is not in DND-modus. But when I press the button "send a test call notification", my device doesn't vibrate. I hate this! Does anybody knows what the problem is?

A common cause of this with the Charge 2 is when the fitbit (rather than the phone) is accidentally put into "do not disturb" mode. This is turned on / off by pressing and holding the button on the Charge 2. Could this be the problem here?
Hello Steve. Thanx for your post, but that is not the problem. The Fitbit is not in DND-modus and the phone also not. I hope that the problem is gone tomorrow.
