I get so annoyed at products like this. You pay your money and no one tells you about compatibility, or to check whether my Windows computer has Bluetooth. I actually had to get a 3rd party FitBit app just to use the basic functions. Beats me why FitBit can't at least provide us A5 users with a work around. They're leaving it up to 3rd party companies to fix this problem. What a bunch of BS. Won't be in business long.

Hi @RicksBit  there are at least six hundred different Android based phones, as of a few years ago. There are so many phones, it would be impossible for any company to check each one of them. I have a Samsung Galaxy S8 and each time I get my Fitbit app working just right, Samsung decides it's time to update my software. What computer do you have? I have an older Windows 8.1 system and using a dongle, I can sync my data.

Stepping in the U.S.A. since September 2013. Android 14
