At this moment, the Kyocera Hydro Wave is currently not a supported device. If you have another device that is supported, or a Windows 10 computer, you could sync your Fitbit Charge 2 with them. If you do have another device to use, please let me know which one it is and I'll get you the instructions on how to pair it.

I went through fitbit tech support, and he guided me through the setup, Kyrocera Hrdro Wave works on fitbit. Thanks for your reply.
