I just tracked a spin class and no active minutes were registered

I have just done a 45 minute spin class which has registered on the app but does not show any active minutes on my Fitbit or the app. My heartbeat was definitely in the zone to have registered. Is there a problem anywhere or is this a problem with my Fitbit?

Welcome to the Community @Beejay23. Thanks for the details mentioned.

It's pretty weird that your active minutes aren't showing in your Fitbit app.

Your Fitbit device recognizes and awards active minutes when the activity you're doing is more strenuous than regular walking, which includes everything from a brisk walk to a cardio workout or run. You can learn more about it by checking this article

Additionally, please reply to the following questions:

- Have you tracked another spin class and has it showed active minutes?
- Is it only happening with this activity?

Keep me posted!

Thanks for your reply Silvia.  I have reset the watch and updated my app and although my steps are out by a couple of steps my activity seems to be registering as active minutes now.  Hopefully it was just a blip.
