I keep getting the "Fitbit.com is unavailable. Please try again later" error. Tried reinstalling, clearing app data, restarting my phone

Thank you for the information provided and for trying to resolve the issue you experienced before contacting us.
Some users have resolve this issue after clearing the cache on the Fitbit app. Whether this doesn't help, please attach a screen shot of the error message for further investigation.
