I'm sorry you're having this problem connecting to FB on your Fitbit account. I would recommend trying to log out of your account by going to the Account section. From here, go all the way at the bottom and tap on "Log out of app" and once you're out, try to log back in with the same email address and password and then go again to try to connect to FB and see if this makes any difference.
