@Divanik, on the App, select Account, then select your device (Charge 2?), slide the All-Day Sync to the left so it is grayed out, then scroll down the screen and do the same with Always Connected. Scroll back up the screen and tap on Sync Now so that the update is sent to your tracker.

@Divanik, if you turn off All Day Sync and Always Connected, your tracker will not sync until you manually sync it. You will be able to see your steps on your tracker, but you Dashboard will not be updated until you manually sync it.
