I've had 4 fitbit charge units in 14 months

Thus product sucks. First 2 fell apart. And my last 2 won't keep a charge. After 7 hours it's goes dead. I don't understand this. I just wear it. No abuse what so ever.

I've tried all things suggested in the message you sent me. However it's still not holding a charge. And the unit I own is the Fitbit Charge. Not the Fitbit HR. Nonetheless it's still not working properly.
