If I reset my phone to factory specs will I lose all my Fitbit data?

My phone is acting up, and I may have to use the nuclear option of resetting it to factory specs.  My fitbit app has 1-1/2 years worth of data and I don't want to lose it.  The dashboard online doesn't seem to have all that data.

How can I save my data if I have to reset my phone?

When you do a successful sync, all your data gets saved to the Fitbit computers database by your fitbit ID/email; your phone is just temporary storage.  So the only data that could get lost is that since last sync.  If you can't see on phone, try looking on fitbit.com dashboard; any data seen there is already in the main fitbit database.

If you are going to reset your phone, make sure you remember your Fitbit ID/email and password, and use that to log in again afterward.

How do I see old data on the dashboard?  There is much less visible there than there is/was on my phone.

Fitbit.com dashboard - in web browser, not phone app.  Click "dashboard" near top right of this screen in browser.
