What a hair-raising imbroglio with Fitbit 😱!!!

I want to change the name of my automatically detected activities (Fitbit assigns the wrong name by putting Mountain Bike when it's electric-assist bike).

But to be able to change the name of an activity, the Fitbit application imposes a mandatory field with the distance covered. However, due to another bug, Fitbit has been unable to calculate a distance for several weeks now.

In short, it's impossible to modify a name and have a distance covered for automatically recorded activities (NB: I've modified my stride length, but it's no use. The app is up to date)

It's heartbreaking and annoying. Fitbit has a huge failure on basic functionalities 😰 I'm considering cancelling my Premium subscription for another competing solution.

When can we expect a fix for this incredible bug that reduces Fitbit use to nothing?

I don't have a timeline for fixing the issue where we aren't able to edit our completed workouts in the Fitbit app. I only know that the team has acknowledged the problem and is working on fixing the bug.
