Hello!
I found an issue in the Android Fitbit App barcode-scanner feature.
It struggles to manage the device camera and can't auto-focus close objects (as the barcode itself) making it too blurry to be recognized.
When i do the same scan with MyFitnessPal or the stock code scanner it just works like a charm.
here are some compared screenshot:
Fitbit App 3.41.2 Barcode-Scan Functionality on Redmi note 9 | Myfitness Pal App 21.8.0 Barcode-Scan Functionality on the same Redmi note 9 |

Can anyone help me figure this out or find the right place where to post this?
Thank you,
Pietro.

Have same problem. Using a brand new Motivate 2 phone. Had no problems with my old LG phone. Obviously it's a programing issue Fitbit fails to correct.
I tried downloading Fitbit back onto that old phone but they updated the app so I can't even use that to scan anymore.
Not a happy camper.
