I have noticed several issues with data accuracy on my Fitbit app over the past couple of weeks, including...
- Walks not tracking - either when I've set them to track or they are meant to auto track (due to length of time moving)
- Steps not tracking - my device tells me I've done 12k plus steps but the app is well below this (looks below 10k on most days this week which isn't correct)
- Active zone minutes not tracking - I do the same activity everyday and I know I hit zone minutes but these haven't logged for the past week
Any advice on why this is suddenly happening and what I can do please? Thanks

Hello @LadyWalkalot
I’m not entirely sure why this all of a sudden has happened to you. But there are ways to address this issue that might help.
First make sure your Fitbit App is up to date as well as your Android device. Once you’ve assured both are updated check to see if the problem has resolved itself.
If the issue continues I’d suggest restarting your Fitbit Tracker. You didn’t mention which Fitbit you have so please look here to see how to properly restart your Fitbit: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1186.htm
If restarting your Fitbit doesn’t help try changing your clock face on your Fitbit by going through the Fitbit App. Here’s how: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/2311.htm (preferably change your clock face to your original clock face or any other clock face made by Fitbit)
😃 Hopefully this troubleshooting tips will help getting things synced properly again and provide you with an answer. Please come back and tell me how it goes.
