On the Android app, I:
* Created a custom food
* Logged a half portion of the custom food (0.5 serving). Save. At this point, for example, a 400 calorie custom food has now been logged as a 200 calorie half portion.
* Edit the item (click on it to open in detail/edit mode). The custom food now appears as a 400 calorie half portion. (Calories have doubled.)
If I want to change a detail other than the serving/calories (for example I accidentally logged the food as breakfast and now I want to change it to dinner), the only way I can save it with the original correct calorie amount is by editing the serving size down to 0.25. Or deleting the log and starting over.

@saraer Welcome to the forums. Thanks for the detailed explanation and joining the Fitbit family.
We appreciate all that you have tried so far. However, you must know that this is a general issue affecting the food log tool overall. However, I would recommend to try and avoid to edit the entries, that way these are not doubled upon edit and save. Please note that this has been reported and Fitbit is working on a solution already. Thanks for your patience.
