Incorrect weight badges

I know there are several posts regarding this issue, and no way to get a hold of customer support, so here goes.

I mistyped my weigh in, fixed it immediately, but for the 3rd time have a bunch of weight badges that are incorrect.  I need support to delete the incorrect badges.  

Unsure why you can't make it so we can correct the issue ourselves, there are several threads regarding this issue!

Fitbit customer support is doing their best, but right now be prepared for longer wait times. Please be patient. Support is limited by the number of representatives available at a given time and the hours of operation. Chat lines are open when they have live help. If you email, please know that each subsequent email will put you at the bottom of the queue, which will cause you to wait longer.
