Inspire HR no longer syncing

My inspire HR stopped syncing today.  I tried turning bluetooth on and off on my phone.  (Samsung S9+)   that didn't help. I then uninstalled and then installed the app with no luck.  I then reset my HR and that didn't work.  Finally, I deleted the bluetooth entry for the HR on my phone and tried to recreate it.  When scanning,  the phone sees the HR sometimes, but won't establish the connection.

Thanks for troubleshooting your Inspire HR prior posting and sharing detailed information about its behavior. I've confirmed that your Samsung Galaxy S9 Plus is a compatible device, even though you've tried some steps please give a try to the following in the given order:

 

  1. Remove your Inspire HR from the Bluetooth settings on your phone.
  2. Turn off other Bluetooth connections that are nearby. This is just for this process.
  3. On your phone's settings, tap on Apps > Fitbit > Storage > Clear Cache.
  4. Go back one screen, tap on force stop and reboot your phone.
  5. Open the Fitbit app and tap on your profile's icon.
  6. Tap on setup a device, choose the Inspire HR and follow the onscreen instructions.

Thank you!  I'll keep this in mind if it stops again.   After 2 days of not syncing and trying the various things that I had put in my original post, it started syncing yesterday afternoon on its own.
