Hi @Eeyore_x  you try a restart of the Fitbit? Which phone do you have and is it on the list of compatible devices? click to see

There was an update to the app yesterday, too.

So now I just have a white horizontal line on the watch. It says the update isn't working even tho I keep the watch close to my phone and don't turn my phone off or go on any other apps.

Hi @Eeyore_x, It's nice to see a new member around. @Odyssey13, thanks for the heads up. You're awesome!

@Eeyore_x, thanks for the time taken to troubleshoot your Inspire HR, and let's work on this together. It seems that other Huawei devices have been added to the supported devices list, however your Huawei Mate 20 Lite doesn't appear in that list which means that the Fitbit app hasn't been optimized to work with this specific model. This may be the reason why it's not completing the firmware process and while there isn't a guarantee that it'll always work, we can try some other steps together:

  1. Remove the Inspire HR from the Bluetooth settings.
  2. Force stop the Fitbit app within your phone's settings.
  3. Reboot your phone and restart your Charge 2.
  4. Open the Fitbit app, tap on the profile's icon > update device.
  5. Follow the onscreen instructions and wait until the process is completed.

If the same keeps happening, I'd recommend to use a mobile device that appears in that list so the process can go through properly.

Keep me posted.
