The fitbit app has been unable to find my inspire hr for 4 days now so it's not updating any information.
My Samsung A7 phone finds it but cant pair with it on bluetooth.
I've tried resetting by connecting to charger and holding down the button for 8 seconds but no joy.

The usual things I try when I get syncing issues are:
If none of those ideas work for you then it’s probably best to contact customer support via: contact.fitbit.com
