I purchased a new Samsung A20 downloaded the Fitbit APP.  Linked my INSPIRE with no problem.  However, I am not receiving any notifications i.e. text message, phone ringing.  I went into notifications turned everything on per the troubleshooting instructions & still nothing. I rely on this feature Immensely ... any suggestions gang?

Hi @mbarragato60 let's first check the settings on the inspire. DND and Sleep need to be off.

Make sure notifications pop up on your phones lock screen and the notification volume is not turned to its lowest.

Now let's go into the phones Bluetooth, you want to see the Inspire as a trusted/Paired device.

If it isn't showing, you will not be able to pair it from this screen.

Let's check the notification setup guide. Don't forget to look at the android specifics.

Then look at this Android Guide. Especially about disabling power management.
