I downloaded the app, turned on BlueTooth, see that my priv "sees" the Inspire, and then I am dead in the water. BlackBerry has all of the latest updates. I've turned it off and back on. It's an Android. HELP!

Hello @Judy95501 and a warm welcome. I am sorry, but your phone is not on the list of compatible devices . Some users says they have some, but not all, of the app features on an unsupported phone.
I am going to move your post to the Android forum. An Android user might have some insight for you. I am an iPhone user and have no suggestions for you.
