So, I guess there was another update? Seems like everytime Fitbit updates, it causes the product to crash? I cannot unlock my Inspire now. What is the solution this time?

Hello @Flexbands your Inspire does not have the ability to be locked.
What is the message you see on the tracker? Do you have a card loaded onto fitbit Pay?
