My wife often times gets several low heart notifications per week and this has been happening with both an Inspire 3 and the Charge 6 that she is currently wearing.
Now that the Charge 6 ECG PDF download function is finally working, we were finally able to confirm that the heart rate sensors on the Inspire 3 and Charge 6 are unable to accurately measure the heart rate in the presence of PACs.
After getting a low heart notification on her Charge 6 last night, my wife immediately performed an ECG test on her Charge 6. The ECG test was 'Inconclusive', because she was having a series of PACs at that time, but the ECG test reported a heart rate of 87 bpm.
The low heart rate notification reported a heart rate of 44 - 50 bpm and the instantaneous heart rate measurements were around 45 bpm for some time after that, which were clearly incorrect.
