My fitbit Adidas edition won't turn on after last update. It said battery 14%, I plugged it in, it said empty battery and closed down, left it overnight in charger, still not powering on. Tried a reset and nothing happening

To better assist you with this, can you please let me know if the heart rate sensors are flashing or is your device completely unresponsive?
