Ionic fitbit not showing Heart Rate

Since yesterday my ionic fitbit not showing HR earlier there might be some error in reading but now it's not showing anything at all. I have tried to restart it but all in vain

Hi, @Nirmalmishra , are you referring to the Ionic itself or to your app?

If you are referring to the Ionic, are the green lights working?  Have you checked that Heartrate has not got turned off accidentally? (you can check this on the settings on your Ionic).  If HR is turned on, but still not showing, please try turning off, waiting a moment, and turning back on again.

There was some problem with inonic itself so I rest all the data to factory restore actually ever since I have upgraded the software was getting the problem. Now all ok for now.

Hi there

Today again the same problem the Green light is not prominent and sometimes it goes off in my ionic watch. I am confused as yesterday when I reset it it was OK but today evening it again went off. I am not sure what to do?
