I believe this is a design issue. If I'm traveling, and do NOT have internet access, I have no way to change/update the time on my Ionic watch. Is there a way that Bluetooth can be used to provide this important function? It's nice to know steps, and heartrate, but if the time is wrong, the watch is worse than useless, its wrong.

Hello @kirbyb.
Thanks for sharing your feedback.
Maybe you could support this suggestion about syncing locally. While it is listed as Not Currently Planned, you can still show your support for it by voting for it.
You can also read the FAQ if you have any questions in the way the Feature Suggestions board works.
Please let me know if you have any further questions.

not an issue, since I'm connected. Nevertheless, I've temporarily
switched to my Garmin Vivoactive HR watch. It changes time INSTANTLY
when my phone changes.
Maybe its not so much a syncing issue as a changing how time gets set issue.
