The past month I have been receiving sync errors from the app. I've deleted/reinstalled the app, deleted/reinstalled my device from the app, then after the app update this week my device has stopped tracking and will not wake when I move my wrist and the app is draining my phome battery constantly searching for my device. I've done a factory reset and after installing the updates I'm right back where I started with nothing tracking. Why can't developers leave well enough alone. I will never purchase another fitbit again.

To better assist you with this, can you please let me know which Android device you're currently using to sync your device? Also, when was the first time you experienced such difficulties and how many times since then? In the meantime I receive your answers, please make sure that your mobile device is compatible with our products and services and keep me posted.

Did you factory reset the Ionic or the phone? Also what phone do you have and which version of Android and the app? If you provide these we can help you better.
