Ionic syncing issues with Huawei P20

 Hi all,

 

I have recently connected my Ionic to my new Huawei P20.

 

Linked my account no problem with no issues and my Ionic was syncing just fine . All of a sudden, my Ionic will not sync. I know it is paired as I can change clocks, view challenges etc.

 

Can anyone help me as to why the data will not sync?

I'm also having a huge amount of issues with my Ionic since switching from a Pixel to Huawei p20 pro. I've had to resort to manually syncing the fitbit once a day or sometimes once every two days. I am technically adept and have read a lot of forum posts and tried various things and I cannot pinpoint whether the issues exist on the Huawei or Fitbit side. Would love to get this issue resolved as this is not the first time Fitbit has let me down but it very well could be the last time.
