My Fitbit app for ionic say it cant connect, retry later when I try to open or add a card to my wallet. Does anyone know how to get around this, or is a glitch in the software? I can hit the + sign on the wallet portion of the app to add a new card, but it just searches and searches but will not connect. I do know it works, because before I did a reset for an issue I had with my heart rate. I had my wallet set up with cards in it, with no problems. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks...
Having the same issue wth the wallet. I have disconnected / removed the app and unpaired from the Samsung and nothing. Next step will be to reset to factory settings on the ionic... any help before I do this Fitbit? Thanks Sean
Best AnswerMake sure you setup the 4 digit code in security settings to unlock your wallet. You can not connect to the wallet or add a credit or debit card until you do that. Thanks lift-life.

Tried all options and ended up with the help desk and 2 hours later after a factory reset, we're back on track
