Hi since last week my ionic is unable to sinc I have tried all the suggestions to no avail it keeps saying tracker not found I have the newest update so I'm not sure what to do please help

Thanks for trying all of the suggestions before posting in here.
In this case I'd recommend that you try to follow all of the steps listed in this help article. You have, probably, gone through most of them already but I'd say that giving it another shot if definitely worth it. Please follow each of the steps in order and give it another shot.
