@Taif I want to clarify something about these features. They are medically regulated features that were approved by the US Food and Drug Administration before release in the US. They must be approved by the equivalent regulatory body in Iraq. Fitbit/Google cannot change this.

Hi @Taif and welcome to the Fitbit Community!
I appreciate your message regarding the SpO2 and ECG readings in Iraq.
Fitbit takes our commitment to your health seriously, which includes ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations related to our medical and health features. For this reason, some features, like the Fitbit ECG app Fitbit Irregular Rhythm Notifications, and Fitbit SpO2, aren’t available on all devices and in all countries.
We continue to evaluate the availability of Fitbit’s features globally and hope to make them more widely available in the future.
For a list of countries where the products are cleared for use:
For Fitbit Irregular Rhythm Notifications and Fitbit ECG, see www.fitbit.com/irregular-rhythm
For Fitbit SpO2, see www.fitbit.com/global/us/technology/health-metrics
Note: Additional countries and devices will be added as regulatory clearance is obtained.
Thanks for understanding.
