I have not been able to load the irregular rhythm notification page for a few weeks. The page just loads as grey and I have to force shutdown the app to navigate away. I have uninstalled they app, updated it and my fitbit charge 5, and restarted my phone. I use the android app.

Have you been able to get the irregular rhythms page back yet? I have an android phone and have not been able to view my notices. I have an appointment with the cardiologist next week, but I don't have any data to show him. Every time I call they say they are working on it. I have not been able to see my notices since the beginning of December. I am so frustrated.

Hello @Jwoman
From what I've read, the Irregular Rhythm Notification issue is supposed to be fixed with Fitbit app version 4.08. Several users who got the update reported that they are now able to setup and see their irregular rhythm notifications.
A recent Moderator post mentioned that version 4.08 should be rolling out to all remaining users by the end of this week (19 Jan 2024). So hopefully, you'll be able to show your data to your cardiologist next week.

Thank-you for your reply. I am praying I am able to get my data before the 24th appointment with my cardiologist, so he can see what has been going on. I appreciate your response very much.
